Accessibility Statement

Bodyfit Handels KG strives to make its online shop virtu-line.com accessible. The legal basis is the Austrian Accessibility Act (Barrierefreiheitsgesetz, BaFG) and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), whose requirements have applied since 28 June 2025.

This statement applies to the website virtu-line.com.

Applied requirements

For accessible design, we follow the harmonised European requirements (EN 301 549) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, conformance level AA.

Compliance status

This website is largely compliant with the requirements mentioned. Some content may not yet be fully accessible for the reasons set out below.

Content not tested or not fully tested

  • Individual controls (such as the menu button in the mobile view) may not have a fully meaningful text label for screen readers. An improvement is planned.
  • Colour contrasts, full operability using the keyboard only and the flow with screen readers have so far only been tested partially or automatically and have not yet undergone a complete manual review.
  • Embedded third-party content (e.g. payment and translation services) is only partly within our control.

We are continuously working to improve accessibility and remedy identified limitations within the scope of technical and economic feasibility.

Alternative means of access

If individual content or functions are not accessible to you, we will be happy to assist you personally. On request, we will provide the relevant information in an accessible form and also accept orders or enquiries by phone or email.
