To ensure you can perform all exercises comfortably and without restriction,
a space of approximately 3.0 m in length and 1.5 m in
width is required for the reformer.
The head or rope end can be placed directly against a wall or piece of
furniture. At the foot end, however, sufficient space should be planned
so that accessories such as the jump board can be easily attached or adjusted.

The reformers of the Virtù Line are designed for a maximum user weight of 150 kg.

Depending on the version, our Reformer models feature different
spring configurations and, consequently, varying levels of resistance. The
number of springs can vary by model, which also allows the total load to be adjusted individually.
In principle, the following resistance values apply to our springs (measured at
an extension of 30 cm):

 strongest resistance ≈ 12.2 kg
 medium resistance ≈ 6.6 kg
 lightest resistance ≈ 4.1 kg

Since Reformer springs cannot be compared to classic weight plates, the resistance cannot be converted directly into fixed weight units.
The key factor is the progressive interaction between the spring combination and the spring board position, which allows for highly precise training control.

A tower or trapezoid upgrade is available for selected models. Compatibility
depends on the model.

Yes. Accessories such as jumpboards, boxes, or other items can be added at any time to compatible
models.

Clean the upholstery regularly with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild, pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid aggressive or alcohol-based products.
The frame and metal parts can be wiped down with a microfiber cloth. The rails should be kept free of dust and hair so that the carriage glides smoothly. Use lubricants only when necessary and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Check springs and ropes regularly for wear and replace them if necessary.
The reformer should be kept in a dry, well-ventilated room away from direct
sunlight.

Yes. The reformer is suitable for both beginners and advanced users, as
the resistance can be adjusted individually.

No. Basic knowledge is helpful, but not strictly required. Especially at the
beginning, we recommend an introduction or guided sessions.

For visible progress, 2–3 sessions per week are recommended. However, even one session per week can have positive effects.

PILATES ACCESSORIES

To maintain material quality over the long term, Pilates accessories should not be exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.
Pilates mats, weights, and ankle weights can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.

Beginners benefit from light weights, a Pilates ring, or a soft ball to
support body awareness. Advanced practitioners use heavier
weights, stronger resistance, or unstable surfaces for intensification.

Which variant is better suited depends on your training focus and personal preference.
Wrist and ankle weights are worn directly on the wrists or ankles and are particularly practical for Reformer training, as they allow for freedom of movement and do not place additional strain on the hands.
Hand weights usually offer more weight and therefore provide a stronger training stimulus – ideal if you want to specifically increase strength and intensity.

Pilates rings, soft balls, and light wrist or ankle weights are particularly effective at activating the deep abdominal and core muscles.

Resistance bands, soft balls, and rollers are ideal for improving
flexibility and releasing tension.

Depending on the product, our accessories are made of PVC, neoprene, foam or coated metal.

Yes. The surfaces are grippy, non-slip, and designed for use during intensive training sessions.

Yes. The accessories are designed for regular use in the studio. You can find the warranty terms on the page Warranty & Guarantee.

DELIVERY

Our Virtù Line reformers are available in a carefully curated selection of timeless
color variants. Production takes place in scheduled series and undergoes a multi-stage quality process to ensure high precision, material quality, and harmonious color coordination.
Delivery is made within 12 weeks of conclusion of the contract (for payment in advance, of receipt of payment) – for all models, colours and versions. If your equipment is ready for dispatch earlier, we will deliver correspondingly earlier; we will inform you of the exact delivery date in our order confirmation.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery is generally made to the curbside.
This means that the shipping company will deliver the goods to the nearest freely
accessible curb at the specified delivery address. Further transport into the building, to specific floors, or to the designated training room is not included.
Please therefore ensure that you have organized appropriate assistance for carrying or moving the reformer, unless a separate installation service has been agreed upon.

Please ensure that there is sufficient space for the appliance prior to delivery and that the intended location is easily accessible. Measure doors, hallways, stairwells, or elevators in advance to guarantee trouble-free installation.
Also, make sure that the floor is level and capable of supporting the weight, and that any obstacles have been removed.
In the case of curbside delivery, you should arrange for assistance with moving the item indoors if necessary.

Assembly is generally straightforward and, depending on the model, can be completed in a short time.
A detailed installation manual is included with every device.
For larger projects, we are of course happy to assist you with
professional installation.

Depending on the model, the item is delivered pre-assembled or requires a few assembly steps.
Details can be found in the respective assembly instructions.

In principle, yes. We would be happy to check
the conditions on-site and prepare an
individual quote for the installation.

Please contact us via the contact form so that we can coordinate the details and costs with you in a transparent manner.

For comfortable and unrestricted use, we recommend planning for an area of at least 3.0 m in length and 1.5 m in width.
The head or pulley end can be positioned close to a wall. However, there should be sufficient clearance at the foot end to perform movements fully and to easily use optional accessories such as a jump board.

An even, stable and load-bearing surface is ideal, as it allows for smooth training.
Suitable options include parquet, vinyl, tile or short-pile carpet. For delicate floors, we recommend an additional protective mat to prevent pressure marks or scratches.
It is important that the floor is non-slip and free of unevenness so that the reformer stands stably and can glide precisely.
