Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Alternatively, you can also declare your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function on our website, which you can reach via the link "Withdraw from contract" in the footer. If you use this function, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Return shipping costs
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that can be sent by parcel, this is expected to be EUR 15 to 35 per parcel. For goods that cannot be sent by parcel (freight goods, e.g. Pilates reformer, Halfcadillac, Cadillac, Wunda Chair), the costs are at most EUR 650 per item for returns from Austria and Germany and at most EUR 1,100 per item for returns from Switzerland or Liechtenstein (plus any customs and handling fees); we will be happy to tell you the exact costs in advance on request.

Compensation for loss in value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (custom-made items produced to individual specifications that go beyond the colours and versions selectable in the shop).

Clarification for our Pilates and training equipment: All colours of our Pilates and training equipment are made to order. Choosing a colour from our colour range does not exclude the right of withdrawal – the right of withdrawal applies to all colours.

The right of withdrawal expires early for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
