Packaging – Take-back and Licensing

We take our obligations regarding packaging licensing and recovery seriously and participate in the relevant collection and recovery systems.

Austria Our sales packaging is licensed through ARA – Altstoff Recycling Austria AG. ARA licence partner number: 52667

Bodyfit Handels KG thereby fulfils its obligations under the Austrian Waste Management Act 2002 (AWG 2002) and the Packaging Ordinance 2014. Consumers can dispose of packaging via the local municipal collection systems.

Germany For deliveries to Germany, we are registered with the Central Agency Packaging Register (ZSVR). LUCID registration number: DE2835598696601

Consumers in Germany can dispose of packaging free of charge via the household collection systems (yellow bag, yellow bin, glass and paper containers).

Delivery area We deliver exclusively to Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein are shipped directly from Austria. For the cardboard and paper shipping packaging used, there is currently no central licensing or registration obligation for foreign senders in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Disposal is carried out via the local collection systems in accordance with the applicable national and cantonal regulations.

Transport and outer packaging Transport and outer packaging of our products is recovered properly in accordance with the statutory requirements.

EU Packaging Regulation
Since 12 August 2026, Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR) additionally applies. We implement the resulting requirements within the applicable deadlines.
