Delivery within 12 weeks of conclusion of the contract (for payment in advance, of receipt of payment). If your equipment is ready for dispatch earlier, we will deliver correspondingly earlier.
Note: Only individual special requests that go beyond the colours and versions selectable in the shop are made to order within the meaning of § 18(1)(3) FAGG without a right of withdrawal; we will point this out to you separately before the contract is concluded.

Safety and usage instructions
- Read the operating manual completely and follow it before first use.
- Assembly and adjustment must be carried out by qualified persons. In case of doubt, we recommend professional instruction.
- Check seat, connections, and spring tension for a secure hold before every workout.
- Adhere to maximum load capacity, training recommendations, and setup instructions (floor condition, ceiling height) according to the operating manual.
- Not suitable for use by children without supervision. In case of existing pre-existing conditions or injuries, consult a doctor before starting training.
- If components are damaged, stop training immediately and contact the manufacturer.
- Use only with the matching Virtù equipment.
NEROX springs are the official replacement and original equipment spring set for the Virtù-Line product range — for Reformer, Half-Cadillac and Cadillac systems, as well as Pilates Chairs. They are available in two spring qualities: Performance Springs and Integrity Springs. Both lines are designed for professional studio use (warranty designed for a maximum use of 27.5 hours per week).
Performance Springs
Performance Springs stand for precise manufacturing quality, high reproducibility, and a particularly consistent training feel. They are characterized by very tight tolerances, precisely reproducible tension, precision-manufactured end loops, and optimized heat treatment. The right choice for studios and instructors with high demands for consistency and repeatability.
Integrity Springs
Integrity Springs are high-quality industrial springs for professional studio use, combining reliable quality with an economically attractive concept. They offer defined spring characteristics, industrially reproduced tension, and end loops. The right choice for studios and private clients seeking high quality at a balanced price-performance ratio.

NEROX springs are available as complete sets in six configurations — depending on the spring type and equipment class:

Replacement recommendation
We recommend replacing all springs every two years — regardless of spring type and usage intensity. Springs are the most mechanically stressed element of Reformer training; regular replacement ensures a consistent training feel, a constant resistance curve, and a high level of safety for the user.
