The ROVINA Wedge is a lightweight, functionally designed training aid for targeted support of alignment, mobilization, and controlled loading. As a wedge, it positions the body precisely, prepares for movement, and supports clean transitions in standing, sitting, and lying exercises.
Who the ROVINA Wedge is suitable for
- Trainers who want to provide structured training on alignment, transitions, and clean movement patterns.
- Demanding private clients who want to supplement their reformer, mat, or personal training with a versatile positioning tool.
With a footprint of 79 × 59 cm, a height of 18 cm, and a net weight of approximately 2 kg, the ROVINA Wedge is compact, easy to handle, and space-saving to store. Maximum user weight: 100 kg.
Construction and material
The ROVINA Wedge combines a wedge construction with a cover made of high-quality, breathable synthetic leather — non-slip and designed for studio use (warranty designed for a maximum use of 27.5 hours per week). The clean, inclined support surface allows for precise positioning in a wide variety of exercise setups.
Application
- Optimization of body alignment during mobilization and strengthening exercises
- Targeted adjustment of training positions for different body sizes and movement restrictions
- Support for posture and clean transitions in reformer and mat training
Design
For personal consultation regarding cover selection and integration into existing training setups, our three Virtù-Line Showrooms (Schloss Tillysburg, Kitzbühel, Palma de Mallorca) are available by appointment.
