Safety and usage instructions
- Read the manufacturer's instructions before first use.
- Use only as intended.
- Check for damage before every use; do not continue to use damaged parts.
The Virtù Flow Mat combines minimalist design with functional performance. Developed for demanding workouts, it offers a perfect balance of comfort and grip — for yoga, Pilates, mobility, and stretching, both at home and in the studio.
Two thicknesses — two training philosophies
- 5 mm Pilates Flow Mat — the Pilates version. More cushioning for floor-based or kneeling exercises.
- 1.5 mm Yoga Flow Mat — the yoga version. Thin and close to the floor for direct surface contact during standing asanas, balance, and mobility exercises.
Material and workmanship
The Flow Mat is made of high-quality PU on a base of natural rubber. This material combination ensures comfortable cushioning, firm grip, and shape retention — even with intensive, regular use. The non-slip surface remains firmly grippy even when you sweat.
Format and handling
With a 183 × 68 cm training area, the Flow Mat offers enough space for all exercises — even for taller individuals. Weighing approximately 3 kg, it lies flat on the floor but can still be rolled up, transported, and moved between rooms.
Color selection
Available in Black and Taupe, coordinated with the calm, premium aesthetic of the Virtù Line product world.
