Delivery within 12 weeks of conclusion of the contract (for payment in advance, of receipt of payment). If your equipment is ready for dispatch earlier, we will deliver correspondingly earlier.

The Virtù Tri-Shape Weight Cuffs are weighted bands for Pilates, strength training, mobility, and functional training. They intensify exercises in a targeted manner — without restricting your range of motion. Thanks to their individually adjustable length, they can be precisely fitted to your wrists, ankles, or other parts of the body.
What the Tri-Shape Weight Cuffs are suitable for
- Pilates and mat workouts — small additional weights for arms, legs, and core, without the need to hold dumbbells.
- Strength training — targeted intensification of specific exercises for defined muscle groups.
- Mobility and functional training — gentle added resistance for a more effective workout.
Two weight variants
- 900 g (2 lb) — beginner version for gentle activation and mobility.
- 1.8 kg (4 lb) — for advanced strength training and more intensive sessions.
Material and handling
The cuffs are made of high-quality silicone with embedded stainless steel weights. A strong Velcro fastener ensures a firm, individually adjustable fit on the wrist or ankle. The non-slip surface stays firmly in place even during exercise.

Included in the delivery are two weight cuffs — both in the chosen weight variant and color.
